We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express.
SHIPPING
All orders received will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business (Monday - Friday) days of recieving the order if the product is in stock. (However the majority of orders ship the same day). If we determine that an order will not ship within the promised time frame we will notify the customer via e-mail or phone. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order from the time it was shipped.
Shipping charges are paid by the customer. They are based on the weight of the order and shipping destination from our warehouse in Redwood City, CA.
If your order requires being shipped to a PO BOX you will recieve it through the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
We currently ship anywhere in the world where UPS or USPS will deliver to. Your shipping charges will be based on weight and size.
RETURN POLICY
You can return any purchases made within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, less shipping costs. There will also be a 10% re-stocking fee deducted from the credit amount. All contents must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. You may also return your purchase for a credit as well. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to The College Toolbox within 30 days from the invoice date, at The College Toolbox's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please contact us regarding your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The customer is responsible for paying all custom and duty fees relating to their order if applicable.

The College Toolbox is not responsible for damages or injuries that may be caused from products purchased through www.thecollegetoolbox.com.
We may collect information such as name, physical address, e-mail, credit card information, and any other personal information needed to complete a transaction.
If an order is recieved that cannot fit entirely inside the toolbox that is purchased, as many items as possible will be placed inside. The remaining items will be placed, loose in the same shipping box.
Manufacturers are constantly changing or discontinuing products that they manufacture. This is something beyond the control of The College Toolbox. If an item is discontinued by a manufacturer we will replace it with the same item from a different manufacturer or different looking item of equal or greater value.
